You will receive a return note from customer service which you use to return your package. You inform us that you have returned your package (preferably with a return receipt) and we will reimburse you for your purchase once we have received your return. Please ask to speak to a real person instead of AI if you want a return label and to return a parcel. NB. The package must be unopened.
