How do I make changes to-or cancel my subscription?

When you became a customer, you received a login link to your own HappyFresh profile. With it, you should be able to go in and create a username and password. Let us know if you have any problems with your login (if so, ask to speak to a person instead of the Ai agent).

Once in your profile, it is very easy to go into your subscription and choose to cancel and so your subscription is terminated or to change the interval at which you want to receive your deliveries e.g.. Please note that if a delivery has already been sent, the subscription is terminated from the next delivery.
